
Cancellation Policy
Advance notice of three (3) full working days must be given in order to receive a refund or to transfer once to another class. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
A $25 rescheduling fee may be applied if 3 day notice is not provided.

How to claim your eCard following your class:
- After class you will receive an email from eCards@heart.org with information and a link to claim your ecard (check junk mail)
- Click on the link, confirm your name and email, set-up a security question for future use and click to Agree to the Terms of use
- Complete survey
- Claim your card
- If you miss, lose or delete the initial email, you can also claim your card directly at www.heart.org/mycards. You must log in using name and email exactly as you used them for class registration.
- You may access your ecards anytime for future use at www.heart.org/mycards
