Advance notice of three (3) full working days must be given in order to receive a refund or to transfer once to another class. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
A $25 rescheduling fee may be applied if 3 day notice is not provided.

How to claim your eCard following your class:
After class you will receive an email from eCards@heart.org with information and a link to claim your ecard (check junk mail)
Click on the link, confirm your name and email, set-up a security question for future use and click to Agree to the Terms of use

If you miss, lose or delete the initial email, you can also claim your card directly at www.heart.org/mycards. You must log in using name and email exactly as you used them for class registration.
