Heartcode BLS Skills Session

Meet your instructor in the Willow/Birch room in the Lower Level Conference Center for this skills session.
Email your completion certificate prior to the session to training.center@endeavorhealth.org.

This skills session with an AHA BLS instructor serves as the hands-on portion of the AHA’s Heartcode BLS blended learning option.  An AHA BLS Provider course completion card (eCard) will be issued upon successful completion of both parts.  If you have not already completed the 2025 Heartcode BLS online session, you will need to purchase and complete it before attending this skills session.

Your BLS Heartcode completion certificate must be submitted via email to training.center@endeavorhealth.org PRIOR to the session. Only the American Heart Association 2025 Heartcode BLS Certificate will be accepted.  Call the Training Center staff at 630-527-5878 or email us if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

Advance notice of three (3) full working days must be given in order to receive a refund or to transfer once to another class. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.

A $25 rescheduling fee may be applied if 3 day notice is not provided.

How to claim your eCard following your class:

  • After class you will receive an email from eCards@heart.org  with information and a link to claim your ecard (check junk mail)
  • Click on the link, confirm your name and email, set-up a security question for future use and click to Agree to the Terms of use
  • Complete survey
  • Claim your card
  • If you miss, lose or delete the initial email, you can also claim your card directly at www.heart.org/mycards. You must log in using name and email exactly as you used them for class registration.
  • You may access your ecards anytime for future use at www.heart.org/mycards
